EGOFF Essentials was born from a great source of pain, a deep love of family, heritage, and the healing power of nature and prayer.

As Founder & CEO, Ericka A. Goff, the brand is a living tribute to my Jamaican family's botanical wisdom passed down through generations of the Goff-Caliste family tree.

I was born in New Orleans but my roots originated in Wait-A-Bit, Trelawny, Jamaica and what we call "The Big Easy aka The Dirty South" (New Orleans, Louisiana). I was named after my mother's best friend who passed decades ago, per her request — a name I carry with honor.

Reared in the church — Corpus Christi, Hartzell United MC (Lower 9th Ward), Greater Saint Stephens, Franklin Avenue BC & currently Light House Church & Ministries, Humble TX — at a very young age is when my relationship with God evolved. My life has never been the same since accepting Christ. Prayer is always my comfort and solitude to keep striving.

Every bar is created for you — to embody, cleanse, embrace, and refresh one's sensual elements. Whether you're discovering your body's needs and scents, or seeking subtleness through texture and smell — we strive to understand and personalize every bar with grace, love, honor, earth's elements, all natural ingredients, skill, and craftsmanship.

Our soaps are crafted by hand using only natural, purposeful ingredients — no synthetic detergents, no harsh chemicals, no fillers. Where commercial soaps strip the skin's natural oils, ours nourish and protect. They are dense and long-lasting, crafted with substance and intention.

With proper care, typically 4–6 weeks with regular daily use. Allow your bar to fully dry between uses on a draining soap dish away from standing water. Many customers report bars lasting much longer when used as a daily ritual.

Our formulations are gentle by design — no artificial dyes, no synthetic fragrances, no harsh preservatives. Many of our bars include goat milk and all natural ingredients specifically suited for sensitive skin. If you have known allergies or skin conditions, please review ingredients for each bar or reach out before ordering. For external use only.
